Most people are unaware when they are going through a Rebirth Phase and become frustrated by the sudden demands on their attention. Light bulbs start failing one after another, the computer crashes, the roof begins to leak, the insurance company merges with another and asks us to revisit all our policies, the car requires a major repair – and on top of it all, we are made redundant at work. Suddenly, everything seems to happen at once, leaving us overwhelmed and out of control.

‘Why me?’

These are the thoughts that naturally arise from a place of despair. But in truth, we should be shouting: ‘Hooray!’

When many key aspects of our lives suddenly demand attention, it is often a sign that the healing work we’ve done on ourselves has been EFFECTIVE. By releasing fears, outdated beliefs, and unhelpful patterns, we raise our energetic frequency. As a result, we begin to attract a new and better life – one that aligns with our new vibration.

We find ourselves internally changed, while the external world – shaped by our former, lower vibration – no longer reflects who we are. Maintaining the status quo might seem easier, but life is about growth and stepping into a more fulfilling version of ourselves.

The fact that our possessions and circumstances begin to fall away, one by one, isn’t necessarily enjoyable, but it is a positive sign. According to the Law of Attraction (like attracts like), what no longer matches our new energy naturally begins to dissolve. Life urges us to invest in more sustainable light bulbs, upgrade our computer, consider whether to buy a better car or repair the existing one, review our insurances, make our home safer, and seek a job that better aligns with our new self.

In some Rebirth Phases, the changes required are even more profound. We might need to let go of an addicted partner, or move to another country. In such situations, fundamental decisions have to be made about everything that gives your life a foundation, that enables you to manifest yourself.

Yes, such changes can be challenging. But once we surrender to the inevitability of transformation, we emerge stronger. Often, we find that our new job brings greater financial security, and the necessary investments we made are soon repaid. We may even find a partner who is a far better match for who we are now.

Looking back, we realise: a New Me has been born.
