Christmas Gathering and Day-Long Meditation Workshop

You are invited to join me in a Christmas Gathering.

I thought it would be rather nice to come together for a good few hours to prepare ourselves for the Christmas period which can be a challenge as well as a joy.

In this way, we have the time to discover that state of deep relaxation and conscious contentment that arises from being together in the Light as well as the sense of being re-charged with positive dynamic energy and enthusiasm for life.

There will be guided meditation and teachings and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share our individual experiences.
