Your event will be listed on The Emerald Heart Light School of Enlightenment website. Please use this form well in advance so any visitors to the site have plenty of notice to register.

We can publish your listing(s) two months in advance. For recurring events, please only fill in the form once with the date range.

Below is an example of a listed event. The first part is from the events overview page, the second is the the more detailed sub-page with all the event details.

Note – Is your event a repeat of a previous event you have offered with mostly the same details? If you need only minor changes e.g time, date, location, please contact Ryan directly with the new information rather than completing the whole form again.

1) Your full name

2) Event Title - What is the name of your event?
Note: It is important to always mention the terms 'The Emerald Heart Light' or 'The Mary Magdalene Light' in full.

3) Language your event is offered in (refers to the language of your website and/or the spoken language). If not in English this will be added to your heading

4) Subheading (optional)

5) Full description of the event - Please keep it short and to the point. We aim to use a maximum of two to three paragraphs. Note: Please list the dates and times if your event spans over multiple days.

6) Excerpt of the event - For the landing page (overview) of all our events, we need a description as short as possible. Please use only one or two simple sentences.

7) Where is your event taking place?

8) Is your event taking place ONLINE with video?

9) Is your event offered remotely without going online?

10) Address - This is only needed if the event is local. Include the country. If this is your private address, please omit anything you do not want to be published online.

11) Start date of the event - Please write this in this exact order, e.g. ‘2 August, 2024’.

12) Start and end time of the event. - E.g. 11:30 am - 5:00pm. If over multiple days, only the start time will be listed here.

13) Your Time Zone - Give us the country and city where you live, so we can find your time zone. For Australia and the USA, we also need to know the region where you live.

14) The link to where people can book your event - This link goes under the ‘call to action button’ BOOK NOW. Choose one of these options:

(Preferably) The link to your landing page or the item in your web shop
The link to the contact page on your website
Your email address (not desirable, for this can easily be tracked by a bot, which will lead to spam in your inbox)

15) Cost of the event - Please state your currency e.g £, €, $.

16) How can people contact you? - This goes under another ‘call to action button’, CONTACT. Choose one of these options:

17) Are you offering this event regularly? - Please list the dates, months and time slots. E.g. 1st April, 5th May, 6th June.

18) Event type

Please check all details are correct before submitting. Ryan will confirm when the event is listed or if he has any queries.
