Shifting To A Deeper Sense of Self

A 2 Day Workshop; 27 & 28 12-6pm

Join me for two days in the Light of the Emerald Heart as we explore together the truth of who and what we are and discover freedom from the narratives that limit our lives.

As we shift into a deeper sense of self, so our lives start to organise according to this new sense of self.
So many of our tightly held beliefs about ourselves and about life itself no longer hold up to scrutiny viewed from this new perspective.

We will experience the truth of what we are;
An Expression Of A Living, Breathing, Conscious Universe that has Loved Us into Existence.

From this vantage point of ourselves as Spiritual Beings, we will dissect the narratives that hold us prisoner, and will begin to see through them.

Most of our limiting self-narrative stems from uncomfortable and traumatic experiences many years ago. Whilst the experiences were real, we then go on to conclude certain things about ourselves and our lives that limit us. We came up with stories about ourselves that have been running in the background and try to keep us from hurt and discomfort. Whilst this may have made a certain sense at the time, after all none of us want to experience pain and trauma, do they really make sense and hold true now? After all, we invariably look through different eyes now than at the time we created our limiting self-stories. As we shift into a deeper sense of self, one rooted in our real nature rather than in an isolted and seperate sense of self, they tend to look to us as almost ridiculous, as obsolete.

We will explore through guided meditation, teachings, guided self-enquiry and sharing.
