My experience of The Light Transmission
The Light supported me over the three days in a number of ways. It gave me more energy and focus when I really needed it. It lifted my spirits when I could feel that things were getting a little too intense emotionally. In the beginning my mind was racing, but when I was able to take a breath and ‘let go’ the Light surrounded me and calmed me down, taking me to a blessed place of peace.

Mon expérience de la Transmission de la Lumière
La Lumière m’a accompagné et supporté sur ces trois jours de différentes façons. Elle m’a donné plus d’énergie et de concentration quand j’en avais tellement besoin. Elle a élevé mon esprit lorsque je sentais que les choses devenaient un peu trop intenses émotionnellement. Pour commencer mon esprit s’emballait mais lorsque j’ai pu reprendre ma respiration et lâcher, la Lumière m’a enveloppé et calmé, me portant dans un espace de paix divin.

Lynne, thank you for your encouraging and informing post about ways we can continue working with the Emerald Heart Light. My first experience with it over Equinox last week was beautiful and affirming. Each time I entered a space of repose and connection, I knew I was basking in radiant Unconditional Love direct from the Heart of Creation. My heart felt soothed, nourished, lightened. As the Light found its way into various hidden nooks and crannies within my heart space, non-serving imprints held in these areas were gently illuminated and dissolved. I was supported in sensing, seeing and feeling my own inherent perfection, just as I Am. This luminous transmission helped me to re-member that I embody divinity and need only to be open to Guidance and embrace my highest intentions with honest and dedicated attention, in order to receive what I need to evolve. In my experience, this profound simplicity is rare, even though I believe it is also always available to us when we seek it with true intent, trust and faith. I am deeply grateful for this gift, and send a tremendous thank you to all those who assisted this blessed transmission.

I am a newcomer to the EHL path and want to give some feedback from it
I felt very clear and empty space-ish inside on the Friday night. This returned again today, so I imagine the effects continue beyond the three days
There is a sense of quietness and simplification too, less noise and muddle, and a physical lightness and freedom of movement today
